Faced with a multi-facility manufacturing/corporate headquarters campus and a newly acquired location in China, the customer required a solution that facilitated effective communication between all employees – domestically and internationally.
The 3KeyLogic Solution
3KeyLogic engaged with key staff members to identify and document business drivers and technology requirements. Our consultants then developed a comprehensive strategy that would meet and exceed all stated objectives. Vendors, including Avaya and Cisco, were contacted and pricing procured based on customer requirements and budget. Cisco was chosen as the vendor and the final bill of materials was ordered and procured through a 3KL strategic hardware partner.
3KeyLogic was chosen to implement the new network infrastructure and integration of a new 300 IP phone system utilizing Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Voicemail and wireless access. For the remote location in China, a Cisco Communication Manager Express system was implemented and provisioned to communicate across the Internet to the corporate office in Minnesota.
3KeyLogic was involved throughout each phase of the project, coordinating the involvement of all service and hardware vendors to ensure an on-time and smooth cutover. We continue to provide this client with ongoing support services as they deal with continued expansion and growth.
